Q: How do I know what size of cubicle curtain I need?
A: You will need to measure the width and height of each area you are covering.

Q: I do not see the sizes I need. Do you offer custom orders?
A:We do offer customer orders however lead time for the order is 6-8 weeks.

Q: How many grommets per foot are there in the cubicle curtains?
A: There are 3 grommets and 3 carriers per foot for all cubicle curtains.
Q: Can I wash the cubicle curtains?
A: Yes, you can wash the curtains. Easy-Care antimicrobial performance is verified up to 25 washings.
Q: Do all of the curtains come with mesh?
A: All of non custom ordered cubicle curtains that are available to view on our site come with 20" of white mesh. The diameters of the holes in the mesh are 1/2".
Curtains are available without mesh but require a custom order. Most spaces however; need to include 20” of white mesh as well as have 1/2" holes on their cubicle curtains because of fire code regulations.
Q: Are cubicle curtains only used in Hospitals?
A: No, cubicle curtains can be used in a variety of locations. We have worked with customers using cubicle curtains in nursing homes, school nurse's offices, mobile medical facilities, mother's nursing rooms, OBGYN offices, laboratories, hair clinics, and private residences.
Q: What does Antimicrobial mean?
A: Antimicrobial fabric has been treated with Zinc Pyrithione also known as ZnP. This treatment inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungus and is flame resistant. ZnP works as a cytostatic agent by suppressing cellular growth and multiplications. Pyritione is a general inhibitor of membrane transport processes in fungi.
Q: Which of your cubicle curtains are Antimicrobial?
A: Both the Allegro and the Sundance Cubicle Curtains are antimicrobial.
Q: What is the lead time for the cubicle curtains and tracks?
A: Through our quick ship program were able to ship the products in 2-3 weeks. Most cubicle curtain companies have a lead time of at least 6-8 weeks.
Q: Do you offer samples?
A: Yes, we do offer samples. Please call 1-800-573-7601 to request samples.
Q: Can I return the curtains and tracks?
A: No, all orders are final because each curtain and track is made to order.
Q: Can you create an estimate for my order?
A: Yes, we do offer estimates. Please have your sizes, collections and colors ready when submitting a request for an estimate. You may call 1-800-573-7601 submit a request for an estimate.
Cubicle Curtain Track FAQ's
Q: Can I cut the track?
A: Yes, the track can be cut. Because the tracks are only offered in increments of 1 foot the track may need to be cut to exact measurements.
Q: What sizes is the track offered in?
A: We carry both straight and curved tracks. All of the straight tracks are offered in 2’, 3’, 4’, 5’, 6’, 7’, and 8’. The curved cubicle tracks are 2’x2’ and 3’x3’. Both the 2’x2’ and the 3’x3’ are offered with either a 45 degree or 90 degree bend. All of the tracks are a ½” in height and 1 ¾” in width.
Q: Do the tracks come with splices?
A: Only the curved tracks come with splices for each end. If you need to connect two straight tracks you will need to purchase the splices separately.
Q: Do the tracks come with end stops?
A: Yes, straight tracks comes with one end stop.
Q: Do the tracks come with carriers?
A: Yes, straight tracks and curved tracks comes with three carriers per foot.
